ELVN source is now public on GitHub

The ELVN source history is now public on GitHub and connected to the website.

The ELVN source history is now public at github.com/elvn11ask/elvn.

The existing commits were preserved without rebasing, squashing or force-pushing. Release v0.1.0 — Initial Public Launch records the first public version.

GitHub CI verifies the locked dependency install, dependency audit, secret scan, linting, TypeScript, tests, production build and SEO checks. Production deployment remains a separate server-side process, and no VPS credentials are stored in the repository.

The code is public as part of the ELVN transparency record. A software license has not been selected yet, so publication should not be interpreted as a general grant to copy, modify or redistribute the project.

The related implementation record is available in the Build Journal.
