News system implemented
Editable Markdown news, category filtering, article metadata, RSS and sitemap generation were implemented.
The news system now supports editable local content, status control, categories, summaries, article bodies, related build stages and search metadata.
The public index filters by category and paginates as the record grows. Drafts remain outside the RSS feed, sitemap and public routes.
