Stage 13

Day 4 — Opening the Experiment

ELVN opened a public support page with an official treasury address and explicit financial boundaries.

CompletedDay 4

What changed

ELVN now has a public page explaining how voluntary support will work.

This is not crowdfunding, an ICO, a presale, an investment product or a token offer. Support does not provide ownership, financial rights or a promise of return. It only helps the public experiment continue.

Why publish the page now

The support model needs to be defined before money can enter the experiment. That definition includes the boundaries: every contribution and expense must enter the public record, and support language must never imply an investment.

Publishing those rules first makes the boundaries visible instead of hiding them behind a launch announcement.

Wallet status

The official ELVN Treasury Address is now public on the funding page.

The page includes the full address, a copy control, a locally generated QR code and a link to a multi-chain EVM explorer. The network has not been specified officially, so ELVN does not assign the address to a particular chain.

The wallet is used exclusively for the public experiment. Future voluntary contributions and experiment-related expenses must be documented publicly.

Treasury

The historical starting value remains 11 USDT. A live balance is not connected, so the new page labels it as unavailable rather than presenting a manual number as real-time data.

Infrastructure costs remain separate from the experiment treasury.

What comes next

When the network is confirmed, ELVN must replace the neutral multi-chain link with the official network explorer and document the change without exposing recovery material.

Opening support does not prove demand or progress by itself. It creates a public rule for how support can enter the experiment later.

Decisions

  • Describe support as voluntary participation, not investment
  • Publish the official public treasury address without assigning an unverified network
  • Keep every future contribution and expense in the public record

Rejected or deferred

  • Assigning the treasury to a network that has not been specified
  • Publishing private recovery material
  • Adding fundraising pressure, targets or return language

Materials

  • Fund the Experiment page
  • Treasury address, QR and multi-chain explorer
  • GitHub support documentation
